Join us as an Environment & Energy Manager!
As part of the Group’s Sustainable Development team, the Environment & Energy Manager implements the Group’s vision. The missions of the Environment & Energy Manager are to define and deploy a carbon strategy in line with Science Based Targets and renewable energy guidelines (production, electricity purchase contracts, green energy contracts, etc.) and support the business unit teams in implementing these guidelines.
He/she also participates in the sustainable transport strategy and in the design of tomorrow’s logistics platforms and contributes to the success of projects by providing environmental expertise: environmental footprint assessment, solution selection criteria, environmental arguments, etc.
His/her missions consist of leading the zero waste operations programme for logistics activities and offices, organising the acculturation and skills development of the company’s key people and managing Sustainable Development reporting: data collection, methodological updates, critical review of data, support IT teams in connecting to environmental calculators.
Join us as a Sustainable Offer & Performance Manager
Sustainable Offer & Performance Manager: As part of the Group’s Sustainability team, the Sustainable Offer & Performance Manager leads the process of co-construction of sustainability with our clients.
He/she is also responsible for managing the Group’s performance and driving change in the different aspects of the sustainability programme by defining sustainable supply chain trajectories with key customers (FMCG, Retail, Beauty Cosmetics, Pharma and E-commerce sectors), coordinating the implementation of trajectory projects in the 14 countries of the Group: reduction of carbon footprint in warehouses and transport, resource management, professional integration, etc.
The Sustainable Offer & Performance Manager will also collaborate with the marketing teams to formalise offers and sales pitches in terms of positive impacts: valuation and quantification of environmental and social benefits, communication tools, training of sales teams. He/she will define the content of sustainable offers with the commercial solutions teams, improve the measurement of the Group’s impacts and the associated tools, particularly the customer dashboards.
